Cuma, 25 Mayıs 2007

1959 doğumlu, Devlet Konservatuarı keman bölümüne girdi. Dört yıl keman eğitiminden sonra aynı okulun bale bölümüne geçti. Bu bölümden 1980-1981´ de mezun oldu. Aynı yıl İstanbul Devlet opera ve Balesi´nde bale sanatçısı olarak görev aldı ve halen aynı kısımda bale sanatçılığına devam etmektedir.    Müzikal çalışmaları arasında şu çalışmalar yer almaktadır:    Film müzikleri olarak;Aysarı´nın Zilleri, Nazım Hikmet Belgeseli, 68´den 6 Mayıs´a,Anatolia,Belçika,Fransa ve İsveç televizyonlarında belgesel ve jenerik müzikleri,Mem û Zin, Soğuk Geceler, Işıklar Sönmesin.    Bunların arasında Soğuk Geceler´le Antalya´da1995 Altın Portakal ve Adana´da aynı yıl aynı film müziği ile Altın Koza ödüllerini aldı. Mem û Zin´le Almanya Genç Akademisyenler Ödülü´nü, İsviçre´de Halk Jürisi Özendirme Ödülü´nü aldı.    Aynı zamanda kendi solo albümü "Çimen Türküleri" adlı çalışması var. Bu alandaki çalışmaları da devam etmektedir.
