Kerem ÖZDEMİR Sivas'ın Divriği ilçesinde dünyaya geldi.İlkokulu İstanbul'da Riyaziyeci Salih Zeki'de,liseyi Şehzadebaşı'nda Cibali lisesinde bitirdi.    İstanbul Tknik Üniversitesi Devlet konservatuarı Ses Eğitimi bölümünü başarıyla bitiren Kerem ÖZDEMİR,1998 yıkında İTÜ Yüksek lisans sınavını kazanarak burada öğernim görmüştür.Özel dershanelerde repertuar ve solfej dersleri veren Kerem ÖZDEMİR Sakarya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı açılış barkovizyonu görüntü ve müzik yönetmenliğini yapmış 2005 yılında Sakarya Üniversitesi Marşını bestelemiştir.    Ragga OKTAY,Ali TEKİNTÜRE, Ayhan AŞAN, Ahmet Selçuk İLKAN, Özcan DENİZ, Mahsun KIRMIZIGÜL,Songül KARLI, Ebru YAŞAR, Kader, Zerrin ÖZER, Güler DUMAN, Mustafa TOPALOĞLU, Zeyno, Hülya POLAT, Volkan KONAK, Ceylan gibi 50 yi aşkın sanatçıya müzik yönetmenliği, aranjörlük yapmış besteci kimliği ile 350 yi aşkın eseri çeşetli sanatçılar tarafından okunan Kerem ÖZDEMİR 5 Flim'e 2 Blegesel'e jenerik müziğide yapmıştır.    Hit besteleri; Hadi hadi meleğim,Sevdim seni çok sevdim,Omuz omuza, Ağlama sen, Ateşlere düştüm, Oyna dostum, Fırtınam var
