Dergisi, Anadolu Sanat, Günün Kadını, Yeni Defne, Halay, Trakya Ekspres, Bizim Kuşak, Son Gün, Fırat, Uluova, Turan gibi bir çok dergi ve gazetelerde yayınlanmıştır.02.12.1957 Elazığ doğumlu olan YIĞMATEPE, PAVLONYA, DAMLALAR, KALKINAN DÜNYA, adlı dergilerin Genel Yayın Müdürlüğü, Sanat yönetmenliği, Yazı İşleri Müdürlüğü ve Genel Yayın Müdürlüklerinde bulunmuştur. GÜN BATARKEN, BAŞKENTTEN DAMLALAR, BULUTLARIN ÖTESİ, DİLEYİŞ, BİR YER DÜŞÜNÜYORUM ÇOCUKLAR İÇİN, adlı beş şiir kitabı bulunmaktadır.H.Fethi GÖZLER'in Lise ve Yüksek Okullar için hazırlamış olduğu '' Hece Vezni ve Hecenin Beş Şairi '' adlı İnkilap ve Akayayınları adına çıkan yardımcı ders kitabında, Ajans - Türk Dergisi sahibi Necdet EVLİYAGİL'in çıkarmış olduğu ''Atatürk Şiirleri'' Antolojisi, Ana Antoloji 1990-2 Ana Antoloji 1991-3, Mustafa ŞEN'in hazırladığı Can Dostlar şiir Antolojisi, Türkiye Dergisi'nin çıkarmış olduğu Türkiye şiir Antolojisi, Gökçan BOZDAĞ'ın çıkardığı şiir Antolojisi, gibi bir çok Antolojide ve yardımcı ders kitaplarında yer almıştır. '' BİR YER DÜŞÜNÜYORUM ÇOCUKLAR İÇİN '' Adlı şiiri 1979 Dünya Çocuk Yılı dolayısı ile Gözlem Yayınlarının açmış olduğu şiir yarışmasında mansiyon kazanmıştır.Ayrıca aynı adlı şiir kitabı 18 HAZİRAN 1984 yılında Milli Eğitim Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı tarafından Yayımlar Dairesi Başkanlığınca Tebliğler Dergisinde yayınlanarak Lise ve Meslek Liselerine tavsiyesi uygun görülmüştür. TV'deki ''Şiir Dünyası'' nda Necdet EVLİYAGİL ve TV' deki '' Bir Şiirdir Yaşamak '' programında şiire sesiyle hayat veren Nedret SELÇUKER tarafından şiirleri okunmuştur.1990 yılından sonra Sinemaya da yönelen YIĞMATEPE, bir çok sinema filminde ve dizi de rol alarak çalışmalarını devam ettirmektedir. Erol GÜNGÖR, Ercan AKBAY, Fatma Berna ERKAN, M.Ziya YALÇIN, İsmail DEMİRKIRAN, Engin ÇIR, İsmail ACAR, Şahin ÇANGAL, Mustafa MALAY, Yılmaz TATLISES Ve Orhan GENCEBAY Tarafından şiirleri bestelenmiştir.Sibel CAN, Güler IŞIK, Hüseyin ALTIN, Engin ÇIR, İsmail ACAR, Almancı FATOŞ, Melek GÜNDEM Ve Sinem UMAŞ gibi bir çok değerli sanatçı tarafından okunmuştur.YIĞMATEPE! MESAM (Türkiye Musiki Eserleri Meslek Birliği), İLESAM (İlim ve Edebiyat Eserleri Meslek Birliği ), ve FİLMSAN üyesidir.
